Terre dei Buth is a family-owned winery that mainly produces Prosecco & Pinot Grigio and is one of the few 100% organic wineries in the Prosecco DOC region. There is an equal emphasis here on love of the land and love of the product. Every stage, from sustainable vineyard management to the most modern technology in the winery, is aimed at preserving the purity of the grape from vine to glass.

Tasting notes
Light & crisp; stone fruit and mineral nose with floral notes. Dry, fresh peach and apricot flavours with a clean moreish finish. It pairs well with Mediterranean first courses with fish and cherry tomatoes, but is also excellent with raw ham and melon or fresh, creamy cheeses
