Aged for 12 months in Allier oak barrels. Concentrated, with dashes of spice and vanilla pod mixing well with damson & chestnut flavours. On the palate, the notes of ripe fruit are released along with herbal aromas mixed with vanilla and cocoa notes on an elegant balsamic background. Very enjoyable.
