100% Xarello, organic

Made with grapes from over 30 years old vines. Cold maceration of the skins before pressing. Only the first fraction of the pressing was used. Fermentation took place at 16°C during 19 days.

Tasting notes
Light citrus and delicate floral aromas; full flavoured on the palate with hints of herb-touched lime, grapefruit and a mineral core.
