Grape variety
100% Sauvignon Blanc

Hand-picked and cold-soaked prior to fermentation, it was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel (14-16ºC). Only 10% of the wine was fermented in French oak barrels. It was bottled young to preserve its fresh and fruity varietal character.

Tasting notes
Rich grapefruit and ginger aromas. Well balanced with bright acidity, a delicate body and mineral notes. An impressive wine to pair with white fish such as sole, sushi or seafood. Serve between 8º and 10ºC.
